FREE HEALTH TRAVEL INSURANCE
Due to the global pandemic, we have modified our terms and conditions for our bookings.
Now, all tourist stays between the 25th of July and the 31st of December 2021 have a FREE HEALTH TRAVEL INSURANCE.
All bookings confirmed prior to the start of this offer will also benefit from the Free Health Travel Insurance as long as the arrival and departure day are within the dates the promotion is active.
The health travel insurance is complimentary for all our clients and covers the most common health issues that you might face during holidays, INCLUDING COVID. This means that you will be covered from the moment you check in to the time you check out, but not before or after.
Find below a summary of the services offered:
1.1 GENERAL MEDICAL AND HEALTH CARE (up to 3.500€)
1.2 DENTAL EXPENSES (up to 250€)
2 REPATRIATION OR MEDICAL TRASPORT of injured or sick person
3 REPATRIATION OR TRASPORT OF THE OTHER INSURED PARTIES
4 DISPLACEMENT OF A FAMILY MEMBER or companion in case of hospitalization
4.1 TRAVEL EXPENSES
4.2 EXPENSES FOR THE STAY OF THE DISPLACED FAMILY MEMBER or companion in case of hospitalization (up to 50€ x 10 days)
4.3 EXPENSES FOR THE STAY OF THE FAMILY MEMBER or companion not displaced in case of hospitalization (up to 150€ x 10 days)
5 CONVALENSCENCE IN ACCOMMODATION (up to 150€ x 10 days)
6 REPATRIATION OR TRASPORT OF THE DECEASED INSURED
7 EARLY RETURN FUE TO DEATH OF FAMILY MEMBER
8 EARLY RETURN DUE TO HOSPITALIZATION OF A FAMILY MEMBER
9 EARLY RETURN DUE TO SERIOUS INCIDENT IN THE HOME OR PREMISES INSURED’S PROFESSIONAL
10 LOSS OF SERVICES CONTRACTES AND NOT ENJOYED AS A RESULT OF HOSPITALIZATION (up to 500€)
11 PROFESSIONAL DRIVER SENT TO TAKE THE INSURED TO HIS/HER HOME
12 TELE MEDICAL CONSULTATION SERVICE
13 REFUND OF HOLIDAYS NOT ENJOYED (up to 500€)
In the event of having any issue covered by our health travel insurance during your stay, please, contact your welcome agent and we will inform you about how to proceed.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY
Also, all bookings confirmed from July 25th 2021 with the expected arrival until December 31st 2021, have a FLEXIBLE POLICY.
These reservations can be postponed before the arrival day if any of the guests are infected by COVID-19 or if travel restrictions prevent you from reaching Sitges.
IF POSTPONING FOR COVID INFECTION:
We offer you to hold the amount paid in advance as credit for a future trip in case the holder of the reservation or one of his/her companions are infected by COVID-19.
In order to qualify for holding the credit, the name of all guests must be confirmed prior to communicating the infection.
A medical proof of infection must be provided on behalf one of the previously registered travelers.
IF POSTPONING FOR TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS:
We offer you to hold the amount paid in advance as credit for a future trip to reservations affected by travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Travel restrictions are understood as:
- Mandatory quarantine measures to access Spain.
- Mandatory local confinement in Sitges (curfew not included)
- Closure of the airspace of the arrival airport in Spain.
IF NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR OTHER COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES:
In this case, we will study your personal situation and we will offer you the best solution according to your circumstances.
Bookings can be postponed up to 48 hours prior to your arrival day and time.
The full amount paid in advance will be kept as credit and it will be valid to book any of our properties arriving anytime before December 2022.
The credit can be divided and used in more than one booking.
Any modification of the original reservation will be subject to availability, adapting the rates if they are not the same as the original booking.
The credit can be transferred to friends or family. In this case, contact us to change the names of the guests.
