Description

Magnificent two storey villa with 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet.

Access to the villa is through a flight of stairs, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living room, the large open kitchen and a toilet. There is a terrace on this same level which is equipped with a table and chairs for eating or dining outdoors, a deckchair and an umbrella. There is also a barbecue.

Exceptional views from the terrace towards the sea, Sitges and the nearby mountains.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the two full bathrooms.

From the upper level, through another flight of stairs, there is access to the spectacular communal area, with a swimming pool, a garden and a tennis court.

The VILLA PANORAMIC is one of the 16 houses in the complex that share this equipment. All community areas are usually very quiet and not very crowded.

Location and map

The beautiful PANORAMIC VILLA is settled in the Vallpineda neighbourhood, a residential area a short distance from Sitges town and the beaches.

It’s considered a high class area, with some community services and entrance security.

The house is located almost at the end of a hilly road at one end of the complex, which ensures excellent views over Sitges, the sea and the surrounding mountains while staying in a very quiet area.

Although we recommend having your own car, it is not essential since the center of Sitges is only 1.8 km away, which is about 25 minutes on foot.

The PANORAMIC VILLA is one of the 16 houses in the development that share the garden, the pool and the tennis court. All of them are mostly very quiet and uncrowded areas.

The house is very functional and has a lot of équipement, if you like to cook it's great and the outside is very pleasant, we had a very nice stay. But you need to take the car to go to the center.

Estancia muy bien y la atención por parte de Joan y Mercè excelente. Se agradece la rapidez en toda la gestión desde la reseva hasta el check-out.
