The area surrounding the LYS VILLA in Olivella

The beautiful LYS VILLA is located in Olivella, in a residential area called Las Colinas. Sitges and its beautiful sandy beaches are only 20 minutes away.

The villa is surrounded by the Garraf Natural Park and is the perfect spot for those enjoying the relaxing calm of nature and the sound of the birds singing.

From this villa you can enjoy many of the activities that the area has to offer: archery, riding, hiking, paintball, etc.

Description of the LYS VILLA in Olivella

This brand new villa has a private pool and garden for our guests to enjoy. It also has a good size terrace surrounding the house equipped with a large table, chairs and a design sunshade, the perfect place for al fresco dinning!

On the ground floor our guests will find a big living room with dining area, a full equipped kitchen with a small dining area and a bathroom with WC and basin.

At the back of the house there is a large parking including the washing machine and the drier.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is one en-suite which has a double bed, a large private bathroom with shower and enjoys views of the pool from a small terrace.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The fourth bedroom comes with two single beds but there is enough room to accommodate up to four beds upon request.
Finally, there is a nice and bright bathroom with bathtub. All rooms have large windows so the villa is flooded by natural light.

This is the perfect home for a large family or group of friends looking for a relaxing vacation without missing all the vibrant activities that Sitges has to offer.
