The area surrounding the COCONUT apartment in Sitges

This beautiful two storey apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just five minutes away from the beach. The apartment is aprox. 8 to 10 minutes away by car from the center of Sitges or Vilanova and provides luxury accommodation in a brand new area.

The development, called Casa del Mar and designed by prized architects, is surrounded by Els Colls de Miralpeix, a protected natural area so you can enjoy the ocean views in front of you while surrounded by nature.

Description of the COCONUT apartment in Sitges

The COCONUTapartment is richly decorated with antiques and beautiful pieces from all over the World giving a warm and exotic touch to the set.

The property is divided in two levels. The main floor comprises of a lovely and comfortable living and indoor dining room including a large flat TV and DVD reader.

From the living you have direct access to the main terrace including a lounge area with a large sofa and an outdoor dining area for al fresco dinning. There is also a barbecue for our guests to use.

This terrace is the perfect place from where to enjoy the sea views and the stunning sunsets while drinking a fresh glass of good local wine.

Also in the main level our guests will find the full equipped kitchen and the master bedroom with built in wardrobe and the bathroom with bathtub en-suite. There is a direct access to the main terrace from both, the master bedroom and the kitchen.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms, one full bathroom with bathtub and the utility room including the washing and drying machines.

The first bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable and large single bed (1,2 mts wide) and fitted wardrobe. This room has direct access to another terrace with sea views.

The second bedroom has one double bed and access to a third and smaller terrace with no sea views.

There is also a parking slot for once car in the same building available with no extra cost.

All guests staying at the COCONUT apartment can enjoy the big community swimming pool and garden.

This apartment is the perfect choice for guests looking for a 5 stars stay in a relaxed and beautiful surrounding but without missing all that Sitges and Vilanova have to offer.
